Service 1: Site Identification & Power Brokerage
We identify, qualify, and broker grid-connected and behind-the-meter power sites across the United States. Our evaluation process goes beyond available MW — we analyze tariff structure, interconnection status, expandability, land tenure, and total cost of power to determine whether a site actually pencils for your operation.

Service 2: Utility Tariff Analysis & Rate Negotiation
Utility tariff schedules are complex, and the difference between the right rate structure and the wrong one canbe worth millions per year. We model all-in power costs under applicable tariffs, identify applicable riders and economic development programs, and negotiate rate terms directly with utilities on behalf of clients.
Relevant tariff types: HLF, IDR, EDR, interruptible service, demand response programs.

We structure and negotiate PPAs for large loads, including fixed-price behind-the-meter agreements, wholesale market-linked structures, and hybrid arrangements. We work with both utility counterparties and independent power producers.

We advise clients on the full transaction structure of complex power and site deals — including letter agreements, definitive agreements, escrow arrangements, and closing mechanics. We work alongside legal counsel to ensure deal terms are commercially sound and executable.
